Overview :
The campus placement at SIDDHARTHA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY & SCIENCES (SITS) has an excessive standing among the companies in various industries because of the well-trained, highly skilled and multitalented students.
The goal of the Placement department is to provide world-class training to SIDDHARTHA students, organise advanced certification programmes, skill development courses, training workshops to ensure students are placed at the right organisations with the highest package.
The T&P Department is dedicated to motivate and help the student community in campus placements and industrial training. Students are trained from the first year in motivational skills, communication skills, interpersonal relationships, leadership qualities, group discussions and interview techniques. Additionally, the T&P also provides the required infra-structural facilities to conduct group discussions, online tests and interviews.
Placements are an integral part of our academic activities and follow a systematic process to meet the aspirations of our students.
Training Program :
Our training objective is to provide a range of appropriate learning opportunities that support and develop students at different stages of their academics.
In order to execute this effectively, we collaborate with a range of industries and companies across various sectors. This helps identify training needs and design and facilitate training programmes to students accordingly. Right from the first semester, students undergo a mandatory semester-long training integrated with their curriculum by our internal trainers. The training modules are constantly upgraded based on research and interactions with recruiters to understand their expectations from students and create an annual roadmap for training.
Internal Training
The internal training team consist of 8 trainers. We have well-planned and structured modules on aptitude, technical skills development, communication and personality development programmes to prepare our students for a highly competitive future. We provide world-class infrastructural facilities to conduct all pre-placement and placement activities.
The following training programs are being conducted on daily basis by our internal trainers as a part of regular academic time table.
External Training
Siddhartha Institute of Technology and Sciences collaborate with top premium training vendors for Summer Training Program runs for all the pre final year students in order to make them Industry ready. We have been partnered with the below training vendors for summer training on external basis.
