Artificial intelligence and machine learning (AIML)

In 2020–2021, the Department of CSE (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) was established. Understanding and mimicking human cognition is at the heart of the emerging field of artificial intelligence and machine learning, or AIML. In many fields of study and business, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) are taking the lead in problem-solving methodologies. AIML applications can be found in a wide range of businesses and products, including advertising, speech recognition, search engines, medical diagnosis, robot control, and more. Through the development of numerous applications in the fields of healthcare, transportation, process control, citizen services, and the facilitation of data-driven and informed decision making, artificial intelligence and machine learning will benefit society.

Students enrolled in the AIML program can focus on AI, ML, and related subjects while receiving a cutting-edge, industry-focused curriculum that blends a smooth, all-encompassing learning experience. An outstanding career/placement opportunity in reputable core companies is offered by this program. The department is fully operational, with a distinguished faculty fraternity and deserving students who possess a sharp mind.

HOD Message

From the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Department of Siddhartha Institute of Technology & Sciences (SITS), Hyderabad, Greetings, it is a great joy for me to be the head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (AI&ML), which aims to provide students with cutting-edge, high-quality instruction so they can flourish academically.

Since the department’s founding in 2020–21, its academic record has been excellent. MOUs are being negotiated with prominent industries, and collaborations with associations such as CSI and ISTE are underway.

With an emphasis on creativity and innovation, the CSE(AI&ML) course is backed by committed faculty members who work hard to motivate and uplift their students. Students’ collaboration is encouraged through projects and extracurricular activities. A proctor keeps a close eye on each student’s overall development and informs the parents of the same.

The department’s mission statement is to prepare students for the workforce through high-quality technical education. Our aim is to make sure that our engineering graduates are capable of leading projects, solving problems, starting their own businesses, and being moral members of society at large.

This 4 year undergraduate course of Computer Science & Engineering with specialization in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning is designed to make the professional technically sound in advanced learning systems that are based on algorithm of Artificial Intelligence.

Siddhartha Institute of Technology & Sciences offers a four-year under-graduate B.Tech. course in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning which aims to develop a strong foundation by using the principles and technologies that consist of many facets of Artificial Intelligence including logic, knowledge representation, probabilistic models, and machine learning. This course is best suited for students seeking to build world-class expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and emerging technologies which help to stand in the crowd and grow careers in the upcoming technological era.
